"Un skôn dörpke in de Brabantse Kempen", that is Wintelre, the village where you will find Hoeve De Nachtegaal. In 1932, a farm was first built where the farmstead now stands. After the farm burned down during World War II, it was rebuilt. The Huijbers family has owned this beautiful farmstead since 1965. The current farm is named after the area, which used to be called 'De Nachtegaal' by farmers.
For old-fashioned Brabant cosiness, good coffee and delicious lunch, Hoeve De Nachtegaal is the place to be. Also take a look in the barn with about 100 red and white cows. Children can have fun in the large playground. Here you can experience real farm life for young and old!
The farm is also an ideal starting and finishing point for your cycle route. You can park your car in the spacious car park and then head straight for the junction route.
