This beautiful half-timbered building dates back to the 18th century, but a castle or residential tower probably stood there in the Middle Ages. Today, only the farmstead, with courtyard, remains, which is considered the farmstead of the vanished castle. The farmstead has been designated a national monument. The farm is one of the few farms still in use in Epen and unfortunately cannot be visited.
