Bakster - Reijmerstok
Baker Evi Rothenburg has been baking all her life, first with her mother, later with her children. For sixteen years, Evi from Limburg taught baking at the free school in Maastricht, with a homemade wood oven. For years now, Evi has been giving baking workshops and courses in her own baking rooms in Reijmerstok and Vaals. Together with her son Jop.
On the Bakster site, you can register for a workshop or course of your choice. Our interest is naturally in the fruit or rice cake making workshop. You can join one of the workshops or plan your own date with a group of at least 4 people, by mutual agreement.
The location Reimerstok is close to the starting point of the route, so a workshop from Evi and Jop is easy to combine with the themed cycling route Limburgse vlaaien.
