Along the way, you'll pass some remarkable sights. The polder offers a beautiful landscape with wide views and is a great place to enjoy bird watching, hiking and cycling. But you will also find the Eendrachtsmolen, a ground-sailer at Zevenhuizer Verlaat, which can serve as a water refresher for the Rotte river.
Another highlight of the cycling tour is the Bentwoud, a young forest area created in recent years between Zoetermeer, Benthuizen and Boskoop. The Bentwoud offers vast forests, winding cycle paths and countless opportunities for nature lovers to walk and cycle. It is an oasis of green and a great place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy the peace and quiet of nature.
You wouldn't expect that; such a serene green route amidst all those big cities. Enjoy Dutch landscapes, wetlands and windmills on this cycle route around Moerkapelle.
