Texel's heritage museum Waelstee - De Waal
The village of De Waal is only a few streets big, but still a treasure trove of history: old farms, narrow streets and one of the oldest dykes on Texel. Not surprisingly, you will find a museum full of Texel's history here.
Running on volunteers, the Agrarisch- en Wagenmuseum has grown to over 1,500 square metres of objects from Texel's past.
