Museum The Bakershop - Molkwerum
On Hellingstrjitte in the Frisian village of Molkwerum, you will find an authentic baker's shop dating back to 1916. All these years, it has remained in its original state. The shop is located in a house from the 18th century. The museum takes you back in time. You will see an 18th-century living room with a bedstead, a painted door from 1722, an escape hatch from World War II and an exhibition room, where you can see the village map from 1718, among other things.
The bakery shop sells biscuits and old-fashioned sweets. On the village canal, you can visit the terrace of the coffee and tea shop.
