In September 2024, Kaylee, who started here as the friendly Saturday girl at the predecessor Brasserie Het Hart van Zuid, took over the lunchroom and breathed new life into it. With her fresh energy, she has maintained the warm, homely atmosphere while adding a contemporary twist.
Fresh local products, a menu full of tasty treats and a generous helping of hospitality is what you can expect at Kayl's. The coffee is from Mocca d'Or and roasted in Zwolle Zuid. That ensures your cup of coffee is fresher than fresh!
