Restaurant Het Feithhuis is currently located in this beautiful monumental building from 1325. It has a history as a priest's house and was once a meeting place for Prince Maurits, a skippers' exchange and even a conservatory. Over the centuries, the building has had many other functions.
The name Feithhuis comes from Johan Adriaan Feith, state archivist of Groningen from 1890 to 1913, who lived in this building with his family.
Now it is the perfect place to hop off your bike for a moment and enjoy a good cup of coffee with apple pie. But the hospitable team at Het Feithhuis will welcome you just as enthusiastically for lunch, dinner or drinks. Why not try a local Graansilo beer with a well-stocked snack board?
