Farm shop Het Koehotel is part of the sustainable dairy farm owned by the Kregel and Van der Helm families. The cows that graze here provide the milk for the real Beemster cheese sold in the farm shop. You can sample more than twenty different Beemster cheeses here.

In addition to Beemster cheese, the farm shop also sells beef from the farm itself, fruit from the orchard and other products from farmers and market gardeners in the region with whom Het Koehotel works.
