De Windhond is a newly rebuilt mill on the Eng in Soest. The mill was rebuilt in 2008 and is maintained by a large group of volunteers and millers. The mill is open for visits on Wednesdays and weekends. In the mill shop you can buy flour and delicious baking mixes.
