Arne Sluis graduated from the Minerva Art Academy in Groningen in 2017 as an illustrator. There, he specialised in pen drawings, particularly with black ballpoint pens.
Despite the drawings being of large format, he pays great attention to the smallest details. The longer you look, the more you will see. The theme of metamorphosis often recurs in his drawings.
