American War Cemetery - Margraten
The American Cemetery can be seen for miles around because of its tower, which is over 30 metres high. The majority of the 8,301 soldiers buried here died during the liberation of the southeastern part of the Netherlands. The cemetery was donated to the United States for perpetual use.
