Abe Lenstra Stadium - Heerenveen
Abe Minderts Lenstra (1920-1985) is considered one of the best Dutch footballers of all time. In his career, he scored 763 goals in 760 matches. He made his debut at SC Heerenveen. Not surprisingly, in 1994 the club moved to this then brand-new and modern stadium named after Abe Lenstra.
The stadium includes the Feanstore, the club shop for all official sc Heerenveen merchandise. Below the east stand is the Fryslân Fean Plaza, where football fans regularly spend the third half of the match.
