During the route, you will pass Museum Stadsboerderij Het Wevershuisje, a historical gem in Almelo's textile past. Here you will learn all about the weaver families who practised their craft with passion. Not far away is Ons Boer'n Erf, where you can sample Twente farm life. In this barn, you tap fresh milk and get local delicacies from the farm machine. The cycle route takes you further through Twente's rural landscape. You ride through fields full of waving grain, nice country roads and forests where you can hear the birds singing happily. You can easily park at the Gravenallee car park: Gravenallee 5 in Almelo.
