Enjoy this beautiful cycle route from Hardenberg to Slagharen and Dedemsvaart. This route takes you through breathtaking nature, rural areas and past the region's most beautiful gardens. For instance, you will pass Ada Hofman's Pond Gardens. These gardens are highly recommended for lovers of water features and special plants. With a bit of luck, you may even spot a grass snake! From Hardenberg, you first cycle north to Slagharen. The route takes you past vast meadows, grazing cows and sheep, and small waters. From Slagharen, you cycle through farmland and greenery to Dedemsvaart. If you want to unwind, visit the beautiful Gardens of Mien Ruys. These gardens were designed by the famous garden architect Mien Ruys and contain many beautiful flowers and plants. During this cycle route, you will be in an oasis of green as you cycle from one specially designed garden to another.
