Your adventure starts in the bustling centre of Waalwijk. You then cycle towards Sprang-Capelle and Waspik. Via the Halve Zolenpad you return to the starting point. On the way, you will pass various places that tell the story of the leather and shoe industry. You cycle along De Langstraat, once the epicentre of the shoe and leather industry in the 19th century.

You also cycle a bit along the Halve Zolenpad, once a freight railway line between Lage Zwaluwe and 's-Hertogenbosch. Now it is a beautiful cycle path past old shoe factories, tanneries and workers' cottages.
