Here you will learn how the eel is caught and of course you can taste freshly smoked eel. The typical taste of fishing town Harderwijk, also known as the culinary Hanseatic city! A walk through the city will take you past the Great Church, the Harderwijk Mill and the Beach Island. Don't forget to enjoy the view of the Wolderwijd. Speaking of views... Where Harderwijk's residential areas turn into forests, you'll find the Toekantoren. This is open daily and you can climb it.
