A cycling tour through the Royal City, just because you can. But that's not all: as you cycle through the hustle and bustle of the Royal City, you will also come across some very peaceful spots. In addition to a tour of the famous Hofvijver, which is located at our political centre of the Netherlands, this route offers many more discoveries. For example, you will cycle through the Haagse Bos, in the middle of the city, where you can encounter a rich assortment of birds, red deer and fallow deer. It is a real haven of peace in the busy city. This route also takes you past the 19th-century Castle Oud Wassenaar. Heading towards Scheveningen, you will cycle past the beautiful Meijendel dune area and Oostduinpark. And of course there is a stretch of dunes with a sea view. It is precisely this alternation of city and nature that makes this cycle route a fun voyage of discovery.
