Schoonhoven, Ameide, Groot-Ammers
Schoonhoven is of course known as the silver town. Silversmiths have been trained here for centuries and this has not done Schoonhoven any harm. Take a look in the centre with its old buildings, while the carillon of the town hall (with 50 bells!) makes you enjoy music.
Ameide, too, has many old and monumental buildings. The Stork Village in Groot-Ammers has ensured that the Netherlands has a healthy population of storks again.
If you want to stop for a bite to eat or a drink, you can do so in the cosy town of Vianen. Have fun cycling!
