You will also pass by the Graafs KazemattenMuseum. In this museum you will learn all about the influence of World War II in this area. A casemate is a small concrete or stone bunker that could provide protection from the enemy. You can visit a number of them in this region.
Furthermore, this cycle route takes you through beautiful natural areas such as the Overasselt and Hatertsevennen, a special area with rolling river dunes created in the last ice age.
