Wine estate De Vier Ambachten - Simonshaven
This unique company consists of a vineyard, a nursery, a horticulture company, a care vineyard and a catering establishment. Corporate social and environmental responsibility is important to De Vier Ambachten. Almost all materials used for the buildings on the estate are recycled and all electricity on the estate comes from its own solar panels.
The estate includes almost 4 hectares of vineyard, with 12,000 vines of 400 different varieties. But there are also some 350 standard apple trees of more than 100 varieties, especially for apple wine and cider production. There is a picking garden, a vegetable garden, a fruit garden and a barefoot path. A beautiful and educational Pit stop for young and old.
