In the middle of the Bergherbos, on top of De Hulzenberg, there is a viewing tower no less than 21 metres high, built entirely of wood from the Bergherbos. The Hulzenberg itself has a height of 82.4 metres above sea level. So it's a tough climb, but it gives you the best view of this vast nature reserve.

From the car park on Eltenseweg in Stokkum, the route to the watchtower is marked with silver arrows.
