Take a look at the Greenhouse of farmer Daan and farmer Stephanie. Trimpe is still the only place where the regional product 'Koudumer Beantsje' is grown. This firm asparagus bean has been the pride of the Koudum people for more than a hundred years. The beans are harvested between the end of June and the end of October.
