Top's Secret IJs is a real family business where the first generation once started with selling cakes. Soon it also opened a chocolate shop. Two generations later, from 2013 onwards, you can also go there for various flavours of ice cream and it has opened two new locations: in Soest and Zeist. The perfect stop during your cycle route through the Bilthoven area. You can recharge your electric bicycle here while enjoying a nice cup of coffee and homemade cake.
Top's has been declared the best pastry ice cream in the Netherlands. The comment of the jury: "The cream and sorbet ice cream of TOP's Secret Ice Cream is of top quality. With the ice cream you really taste the cream and with the sorbet ice cream you really taste the fruit. The ice cream is not too sweet. You just keep eating it!
