The Museonder in the High Veluwe National Park is the world's first underground museum. As you walk through the museum, you go deeper and deeper under the earth's surface, eventually ending up in the earth's core! You will also find the roots of a 135-year-old tree in the Museonder. As well as bones of animals that have long been extinct, but used to be found alive and well on the High Veluwe. Come and discover it all for yourself in the Museonder!
The visitor centre of The High Veluwe National Park is also located in the Museonder. The staff will gladly help you on your way in the park and point out the most beautiful places you should not miss. Admission to the museum is included in your park ticket.
