Ter Horst Castle - Loenen
Kasteel ter Horst was built in the middle of the 16th century. Seven generations of the Hackfort family have lived in the castle and it is still inhabited, now by Alexander Russelman.
The castle has been through a lot over the years and the guides of the Wijnand Hackfort Foundation are happy to tell you all about its history. From May to October tours are given on Mondays and throughout the year on Thursday afternoons. The guides take you around the grounds, past the Orangery, the outbuildings and the gardens. And, of course, you can also see the castle, the wedding hall, the chapel and the cellars. For an hour and a half, you will be immersed in the history of this beautiful castle in Gelderland.

The guided tours are from May to October on Mondays at 10.30 and 14.00 hours. And throughout the year on Thursdays at 14.00.
