As the name suggests, there are a number of dolmens near Teahouse 't Hunebed ('dolmen' in Dutch). Just a stone's throw away are the dolmens of the Havelterberg.
The teahouse has a long history: in 1933, Roelof and Hilligje Faken started a teahouse for tourists and passers-by. The teahouse soon became a household name in Havelte and the surrounding area. The Faken family has owned Teahouse 't Hunebed for three generations. The knowledge and years of experience in hospitality make it a lovely place to stay during your cycle route.
Settle down on the terrace with a drink or enjoy a tasty lunch or dinner, while relaxing in the green nature. Children also have a great time here: they can feast on pancakes and then play happily in the playground.
