After secondary school, Frans Goldhagen studied at the Academy of Art in Paris. He lived in Paris for six years, but could not get used to the hectic pace of the city. That is why he returned to the Netherlands. Frans Goldhagen designed a lot for recreational areas, such as the white bicycles along the A28 motorway. And also this sculpture: The Meeting at the Heerderstrand. The work of art consists of sixty concrete human figures, standing in and around the water
