Slangevegt Estate, on the Western banks of the river Vecht, just off the cycle route, is a national monument dating back to 1700. It lends its name from the winding river de Vecht, that slithers through the landscape like a snake. The restaurant stretches over two levels in the historic house and offers exceptional lunches and dinners. The kitchen can be described as classic with a modern twist. Booking is recommended.
