The sheep on Siebrand and Mieke's farm are milked from March to October. The milk is turned into fresh Frisian sheep's cheese using traditional methods. The fresh cheese does not need to ripen and can be eaten the same day, a truly Frisian regional product. But ripened sheep's cheese is also for sale here.
Cycle by and look in the fridge at the stall on the road. Take enough change and choose a nice cheese to put on your drinks board at home.
