Radio Tower Platform Y pillar - Harderwijk

In Crescent Park in Harderwijk you can see the foundations of a radio tower from the Second World War. The foundation was discovered in 2019, during the development of the park, and appeared to have been part of “Stellung Hase”, the German radar station in Harderwijk. Research showed that the foundation is likely to be a Y-column type foundation. The building and excavation works have now been completed and the foundation has been made an integral part of Crescent Park.
