Organic Farm De Pasop - Hummelo
At organic dynamic dairy farm De Pasop in Hummelo, the horned cows live under natural conditions as much as possible. Twice a day, the cows go from the pasture to the barn to be milked. Their diet of fresh grass and clover combined with forage cereals produces very good quality milk with a full and rich taste.
The farm comprises about 75 hectares of land, some 12 hectares of which are leased from Natuurmonumenten. You will find a colourful collection of animals such as deer game, pheasants, partridges, swallows, bats, but also the buzzard, sparrow hawk and kestrel live in this area.
In the farm shop, they sell milk, cheeses and honey from their own farm and bread from the organic baker.
