Museum Gramsbergen - Gramsbergen
In the picturesque inner city of Gramsbergen you will find the Historical Cultural Info Centre Vechtdal, or Museum Gramsbergen. Admire the monuments, landscapes and special archaeological and medieval finds. You will see an extensive collection of coins, bearded jars and a ‘tuugkiste’ (wardrobe) full of garments from the past. A visit to the centre introduces you to the culture and history of the Vecht valley.
The museum shop sells beautiful nostalgic products, such as Ot and Sien crockery, puzzles made from the school plates that used to hang in primary schools, wooden toys and more. Or treat yourself to old Dutch sweets and delicious regional products. You can also find various leaflets about the area and cycle routes.
