Museum farm Erve Brooks Niehof - Gelselaar
The museum farm is open every day for lunch or a tour. On the part is a nice shop with numerous gifts, wooden toys and Achterhoekse delicacies from former times. Play there with the (grand)children the games of yesteryear. Outside in the farmyard is a large playground with a water and sand area, a clay corner, a real tree house and much more! Animals cannot be missing from a farm: parakeets, goats, rabbits, mice and more.
In the barns you can still find old farm tools and equipment. In the attic of the farm you will find things from grandmother's time and information about the geology and (pre)history of the region. Explanations can also be given about the linen cupboard where wedding outfits used to be kept. End your visit with a real old-fashioned pancake.
