The Lute Player is a painting by the Utrecht painter in the style of Caravaggio Dirck van Baburen. De Strakke Hand, an artists' collective in Utrecht, translated the painting on a more than 14 meter high wall in Kanaleneiland. Together with the Centraal Museum Utrecht and Utrecht Marketing, De Strakke Hand makes the city of Utrecht more beautiful one step at a time with gigantic murals of old masterpieces.
