This building used to be a synagogue. Now, three plaques bearing the names of the 293 Bossche Jewish victims of the Second World War hang here at the rear of the building. At the time, the Jewish residents comprised virtually the entire Bossche Jewish community. The deportation of these 293 individuals signaled the end of the Jewish community in Den Bosch.
