De Nijverheid (Mill the Industry) was built in 1868 and stands about 800 m north of the village centre, near the provincial road N286 and is the youngest of the town's two corn mills.
The current mill replaced a standerd mill on the east side of the town that had burned down in 1861. Until 1890, the mill was occupied with five attics. After 1969, the mill was used only for grinding fodder. The mixing machine in the second attic was removed in 1969. The mill is regularly operated on Saturdays by a volunteer miller.
