Mill 't Lam - Woudsend
Molen 't Lam dates from the 17th century. At that time, many ships were stocked for long voyages by sea. Gort was the food par excellence to take on board. The mill will undoubtedly have played an important role in this supply. In 1960, the municipality bought the mill. Since 2000, the miller's house next to 't Lam has been home to a mill information centre and a mill shop. The professional miller grinds his own products in an ecological way on a daily basis. The mill was last restored in 2000.
