Memorial room October 1944 - Putten
The Remembrance Space October 1944 was opened in 1992, across from the Vrouwtje van Putten. Here you will find an exhibition about the events surrounding the Putten Razzia and what preceded it.
On the wall, in the dome of the room, you will find the names of all the men who were taken away after the Germans surrounded Putten. Only a few of them returned. The October 44 Foundation collected the stories of survivors and eyewitnesses so that we will never forget them.
