Maria Church of Nativity - Nijmegen
This Roman Catholic church is located on the Berg en Dalseweg in Nijmegen. The church in neo-Gothic style stands out along the road and makes you curious.
In 1894 a small church was first built on this spot. This one turned out to be not big enough and a few years later a large part was added. The church is a monument and belongs to the protected cityscape. The church is still in use and mass is held there every Sunday.
Get off your bike to see if the doors of the church are open or see the building from the outside. There is a statue of Mary in front of the church.
