The Mariapark is a place of pilgrimage in Hoogstraten and is situated in the woods opposite the Capuchin Church. The park, also called 'Het Genadeal', was created in 1895 at the same time as the monastery. The Mariapark is filled with statues of Mary and biblical texts and attracts many pilgrims.
The Lourdes grotto is part of the Mariapark and is an overgrown monumental grotto. In the grotto, there is a pulpit and a niche where you can light a candle. In front of the grotto there are several benches where you can sit in silence.
