Le Carrefour Preuf and Proost - Sint Odiliënberg
The Limburg village of Sint Odiliënberg grew up around the monastery on Mount Petrus (where the Basilica of Sint Odiliënberg now stands). The monastery, believed to have been founded in the 8th century by missionaries such as Saints Wiro, Plechelmus and Otger, attracted residents and ensured the growth of a settlement around the church.
That small, originally church village is home to Le Carrefour Preuf and Proost on Main Street. A cosy little restaurant with a spacious covered terrace. Here you can sit down for a good lunch, a cosy drink or a sumptuous dinner. If you want to enjoy a High Tea, Beer & Drinks or one of the other special arrangements, you need to book at least 24 hours in advance.
