Hortus Overzee - Den Helder
In the inner city of Den Helder, you'll find this botanical oasis. The Hortus Overseas consists of atmospheric greenhouses and beautiful gardens. The greenhouses and gardens all have a different theme and each greenhouse therefore has different animals and plants. Cacti, palm trees, wild hanging plants, orchids, butterflies and turtles; you will come across them all. Among all these animals and plants, there are also events and garden theatre festivals.
