The historic half-timbered farmhouse dates from 1740 and was named after its courtyard - (Mechelen-style) de Plei. Nowadays, the third generation of the van Houtem family runs this farmstead, where you can enjoy a hospitable overnight stay, a delicious lunch or dinner, and in summer you can relax on the terrace in the courtyard of the square farmhouse. Or at the back in the garden. The interior has been restored while preserving history and is worth admiring. On the window sills, red geraniums contrast nicely with the black and white half-timbering, which, incidentally, can still be seen on the inside.
