The Harderwijk corn mill De Hoop has its basis in the authentic mill shell anno 1779 of the mill Het Anker from Weesp. This mill worked in this town until 1913. The mill is run by about 30 volunteers.

The mill is in regular operation and still grinds at regular intervals. In the educational room of the windmill, you can watch a short video about the rebuilding of De Hoop. Drop by the mill for a guided tour and visit the mill shop for natural products, ready-made bread and pancake mixes.
