Farm shop The Green Barn - Groessen
All sorts of things are grown at De Groene Schuur (The Green Barn): tropical fruit, old Dutch vegetables, peppers and pumpkins. These vegetables and fruits are sold in the local shop. The shelves also contain handmade products such as jam, chutney, wine, beer, baking mixes, cheese and 'hangop', as well as seeds and kernels.
But The Green Barn is more! Besides a nursery and regional shop, all sorts of creative (cooking) workshops are held there, and you can go on an excursion with a tasting or organise a children's party. And we still haven't mentioned everything. In short: for an experience of 'Seeds to Food' you can go to The Green Barn!
