Elsje Fiederelsje is a pancake restaurant with a mission. Owners Els and Jurgen want everyone to feel welcome here, from young to old. There is a special children's kitchen for the kids and fountains in the square provide the necessary water fun. But above all, you can of course eat the most delicious pancakes here!

The pancake house is located on the charming Spuiplein in Breskens, perhaps the most pleasant square in the whole of Zeeland and a short distance from the yachting and fishing harbour. When the weather is nice, you can of course take a seat on the spacious terrace, but if the weather is not so nice, you can also sit inside and enjoy a tasty snack and a drink.

Elsje Fiederelsje is a member of the Association of Recognised Pancake Restaurants and a proud ambassador of La Chouffe. In addition to traditional pancakes made to her own recipe, Elsje Fiederelsje also offers waffles, coffee with a treat or a delicious lunch with homemade soup.
