It doesn't get any hipper than this. Nor does it get any more sustainable. This overwhelmingly beautiful location in the centre of Haarlem. On top of the roof of parking garage De Kamp, accessible via the stairwell on the De Witstraat side, you will find a large greenhouse with a fantastic view of the historic city and on the horizon the contours of the dunes.
You don't want to miss this beautiful pitstop on your cycling route. Here you can enjoy the most delicious dishes made from local ingredients. The vegetables used are grown on Lolita's own farm. The eggs come from their own chickens and the bees from their own hive produce some 30 kilos of honey a year.
But not only do you enjoy the most delicious dishes and refreshing drinks here, you also enjoy art. Hanging in the greenhouse are photos by Haarlem photographers, established or less established. And on the lift shaft of the car park there is a life-size mural "MonaGaga" Portrait of a Girl in Blue and Pink, by Miel Krutzmann and Telmo Pieper.
If you have a moment, you can read much more about the artworks, the sustainable projects and the origins of this special concept on the DeDAKKAS website.
