This water tower near Bodegraven was built in 1931-1932, commissioned by water supply company De Elf Gemeenten, using sliding formwork. Once the ,concrete was dry, the formwork was raised higher. You can see this by the even horizontal rings around the tower. The tower is 57.65 metres high and can store 450 m3 of water.
