Nature park De Liniehof is Brabant's oldest botanical garden. It is freely accessible all year round on the paths. An open day with guided tours is held once a year. The Park Building De Liniehof serves as an educational nature centre and is the basis for all the association's activities. The building is equipped as a field study centre for schools and organisations wishing to use the nature park.
The nature park is the only remaining piece of drift sand of the south-eastern part of the former Hoogerheide. This part of the drifting sand is also called Den Duin van Stuivezand and covers about a third of the nature park. From a cultural-historical point of view, this dune area, together with the remnant of the sand path and the corresponding oak avenue as a former supply route from Den Duin to the Linie van Den Hout, will be preserved.
